2.1 Content and Materials Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and information required for project completion in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

2.2 Approvals Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at designated project milestones. Failure to provide feedback within agreed timeframes will be considered approval.

2.3 Accuracy Clients warrant that all information, content, and materials provided are accurate, complete, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Invoicing Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before commencement with remaining payments due at specified milestones.

3.2 Late Payments Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

3.3 Refunds Refund policies vary by service type and will be detailed in individual agreements. Generally, work completed to satisfaction is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Content Clients retain ownership of all content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided to us.

4.2 Developed Work Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed websites and materials, excluding any third-party components, plugins, or frameworks which remain subject to their respective licenses.

4.3 Our IP We retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Warranties and Limitations

5.1 Service Warranty We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

5.2 Technical Limitations We do not warrant that websites will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browsers or devices, though we strive for optimal performance.

5.3 Third-Party Services We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects. We will not disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or technical failures.

10. Website Use Terms

10.1 Acceptable Use Users must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

10.2 Content Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content.
